Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external shipping factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Additional customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).

• Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered) may be subject to a restocking fee.

• Some items, like custom or clearance products, may be non-returnable (clearly marked on product pages).

Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
